Terms for ArtUp Trace, ArtUp Export, ArtUp Reports and ArtUp Query
End User License Agreement. ArtUp Trace, ArtUp Export, ArtUp Reports and ArtUp Query are each licensed under the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, as adopted on the Atlassian Marketplace, together with the Provider-Specific Terms below. Purchases, billing and licensing are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.

- ArtUp Trace runs on Atlassian (Forge), reads Jira data only and does not store personal data.
- ArtUp Export runs on Atlassian (Forge), reads Confluence data only, converts it in the user's browser and stores no data.
- ArtUp Reports runs on Atlassian (Forge), reads Jira data only, builds Excel, Word and PDF files in the user's browser and stores only export templates; the only personal data it stores is the Atlassian account id of each template's author.
- ArtUp Query runs on Atlassian (Forge), only reads Jira work items (it never writes to them), and stores only index metadata — ids, dates, status categories, comment and attachment metadata and cached results; the only personal data it stores is the Atlassian account ids of comment and attachment authors. It does not store issue text, comment bodies or attachment content.
